Description

This is a painting of a series of four (Parts 1-4) – and the last one available of the series. The first painting was finished about when the news came out that one of the abstract paintings of the great Gerhard Richter has sold for 26 Million Euro (or was it dollars?). The second painting I finished in the series was this one, which later became Part 3, because I felt it needed a link – Part 2. As I felt the series unfinished, I created Part 4 that really completed the wonderful story through colors and their arrangement. Hope you enjoy these as much as I do. Parts 1, 2, and 4 are no longer available and found a new home in Hong Kong.

Thick-layered and textured oil paintings except background and sides in monochrome acrylics – the left side in a different color than the right side.

Unique painting using high-quality oil colors on deep-edge gallery canvas (stapled on the back), glossy varnish is applied to seal the painting. Sides are painted, thus no frame necessary – it’s ready to hang. Signed on the front.
Comes with Certificate of Authenticity.

Note: In-context images are for display purposes and do not necessarily show the artwork to scale. Refer to the dimensions section for the actual size of the painting. If you would like to see how this painting would look at your wall, just send me a photo of the wall/room and I can “photoshop” it onto the wall (approximately to scale of course), at no cost and without any obligation.
