This large colorful piece is inspired by the color festival “Holi” in India where people chase and color each other with dry powder and colored water. festival is also known as the Festival Of Sharing Love, hence the title of the painting. I used bright and bold colors to transport the positivity and joy of such a festival onto the canvas. With layer after layer the burst of colors forms into a joyful dance.
Unique painting using high-quality acrylic colors on gallery quality canvas on solid wooden 4.5 x 3.0 cm stretcher bars (stapled on the back). Glossy varnish to seal and protect the painting. Sides are painted, thus no frame necessary. Signed on the front.
